How does the auction process work?
When a painting is up for auction, it becomes available for anyone to place a bid.If it's your first time bidding, you'll need to create an account before you can place your bid.Once the auction ends, the person with the highest and final bid will win. The winner will receive an email with payment instructions.The painting will then be carefully packed and shipped. We will stay in touch with the winner throughout this process, providing updates on the delivery method and how to track the package during shipping. -
Is the auction open to participants from all countries?
Yes, you can participate in the auction from any country as it is open worldwide.If you win the auction, shipping is free to any country you reside in.The auction currency is in US dollars, but you are welcome to bid from any country. -
How can I place a bid?
To place a bid on a painting, simply enter the amount in the bidding section and click on "custom bid." If you are not logged in or don’t have an account yet, you will be prompted to create one first.
Follow the instructions to set up your account, and once that’s done, you can place your bid.
Please only place a bid if you are prepared to pay that amount if you win the auction. This is to show respect for the other bidders and the owner.

Do you accept requests for commissioned paintings or custom artwork?
Unfortunately I do not create requested paintings and artworks at the moment. -

How are paintings shipped to customers?
The paintings are securely packed using shock-resistant materials and placed in large cardboard boxes. Depending on the customer's location, we will choose the best and safest delivery option.

How can I place an order?
Ordering on our website is simple and secure. Once you've selected the product you wish to buy, click the "ADD TO CART" button to add it to your shopping cart. Follow the instructions during the checkout process to complete your purchase. Your order will only be finalized at the end of the checkout, when you will be prompted to choose a payment method, provide your name and address details, and click "PLACE ORDER." -
How can I confirm that my order was successful?
After you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirming your order, along with all your delivery and billing address details, as well as the list of items you've ordered. Please ensure that the information in the confirmation email is correct, as any inaccuracies could result in delays with your order. -
Do I receive a payment receipt?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email, which will include the receipt for your purchase. -
I haven’t received an order confirmation—what should I do?
If you placed an order with us but did not receive a confirmation email, it could be due to an incorrect email address being provided. Please also check your junk or spam folder to ensure the confirmation hasn't ended up there. You can contact us at info@povelart.com to verify whether we have your order on file, and to update your email address so you can receive the confirmation. If the order wasn't processed correctly, please reach out to us before placing a new order to avoid duplicates. -
Can I make changes to my order after purchase?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an existing order. However, if you contact us promptly, we will do our best to cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse. Once the cancellation is processed, you can place a new order for the correct items, ensuring there are no duplicate orders. -

I haven’t received my order yet; what should I do?
Please check the tracking number sent to your email. If it’s not working, feel free to contact us at info@povelart.com with your order details, and we will investigate the issue immediately. -
Can I track my parcel?
You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder, as sometimes emails can end up there. If you ordered multiple items, your order will be shipped in separate packages. You will receive a tracking link for each package via email.

The option to pay by invoice through Klarna is available in the following countries:

Is shopping in the online store secure?
Your personal information will be treated confidentially and securely through SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) encryption. This ensures that your order details, including your name, address, and payment information, cannot be accessed by any third parties. Payments made by credit card will also be protected by the 3D secure process. -
Why was my card not accepted?

I’ve returned my order—when will I receive my refund?
Our return process may take up to 14 days from the date we receive your returned items. Once your return has been processed and your refund is initiated, you will receive an email confirmation. Depending on the payment method, it may take 2-5 business days after receiving the confirmation email before you receive your refund. -
Are customs duties or taxes included in the purchase price?
No, customs taxes will be handled by the customs service in your country.

Which courier will deliver my parcel?
All international packages are shipped via FedEx, and for domestic shipments, we use Postnord. -
How long will delivery take?
Orders typically leave our warehouse within one (1) to three (3) business days, unless otherwise agreed upon or specified in the order confirmation. The delivery time from the shipping carrier to the customer may vary depending on the destination country. Below, you can find the standard shipping times for different regions of the world. -
What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping worldwide, excluding any import duties and fees. -
How will I know when my parcel has arrived?
he first delivery attempt is always home delivery. If you're not at home, the courier will leave a note in your mailbox with further details*. You can also track the parcel's location using the tracking number provided when the order was shipped.*This may vary depending on the country and location.
Home delivery does not apply to insured parcels. -
What happens if I don’t pick up my parcel?
Uncollected parcels will be returned to us, and a fee will be charged for the return. This fee covers the double shipping costs as well as picking and packing. -
I just received a tracking number, but the parcel doesn’t seem to be in transit. Should I be concerned?
No, probably not. If you received the tracking number recently, it may take a day or two before any updates are available. Orders are typically handed over to the shipping carrier the following day.

Can I cancel or withdraw my order?
There is a 14-day return policy for products purchased at info@povelart.com This means you have the right to cancel your purchase by registering your return on our website within 14 days from the date you received the ordered product or when the order reached the collection point (cooling-off period). Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on personalized products. -

Is there a fee for making a return?
Yes, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. -
How can I exchange a product?
If you would like to exchange a received product for another, the process is the same as a regular return. You send us the item you no longer want, and we will issue a refund. You can then place a new order through our web shop -
What should I do if a product is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we aim to assist you as quickly as possible. Please send an email with the following information to info@povelart.com:

How will I be refunded?
We will process the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. In any case, you will not incur any fees due to the reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of returning the goods, whichever comes first.
Did you make a purchase during a special offer or use a discount code?
Once we receive your return, your order will be recalculated. If the conditions for the special offer or discount are not met, the discount will be deducted from your refund. -

We aim to process the refund as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date we receive your return. Please note that we must have received the returned goods or a delivery receipt must be provided upon request before a refund can be issued.

The retreat takes place on Vlieland, a beautiful island surrounded by nature. The activities will be held in a serene environment, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in nature and the Celtic tradition.

The retreat lasts four days, from Thursday evening to Sunday afternoon. The exact dates are listed on the course page, and you can sign up for the specific dates that work best for you.

7. Is prior experience required to attend the Weekend Retreat?

No prior experience is required. The retreat is designed for anyone interested in yoga, meditation, singing, and exploring the Celtic tradition. All exercises are tailored to your individual level and experience.

10. What is included in the price of the Weekend Retreat?

The price of $1295 covers all activities, including yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, singing, and poetry, as well as accommodation and meals during your stay on Vlieland. Travel costs to Vlieland are not included.

11. Is payment in installments available for the Weekend Retreat?
Answer:
Currently, we do not offer installment payments for the Weekend Retreat. Full payment must be made prior to the start of the retreat.

12. How can I sign up for the courses?
Answer:
You can easily sign up through our website. For the 7 Week Personal Immersion course, simply fill out the registration form and make your payment. For the Weekend Retreat, sign up for the desired dates and make your payment accordingly.

13. Is there a refund policy for the courses?
Answer:
For the 7 Week Personal Immersion course, we offer a partial refund if you decide to cancel within the first week of participation. For the Weekend Retreat, we offer a 50% refund if you cancel up to 14 days before the start date. After this period, we cannot provide a refund.

14. What should I bring to the Weekend Retreat?
Answer:
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing for yoga and meditation, as well as suitable clothing for outdoor activities in nature. Don’t forget your personal toiletries and a notebook for reflection.
