REMEMBERING YOUR NATURAL CONNECTION WITH EARTH, BODY, HEART AND EMOTION. OPENING THROUGH YOGA AND MEDITATION. EMBODYING OUR VOICE IN RELATION TO FEELING. EXPLORING PRESENCE, BALANCE AND FLOW. In this first program we focus on the body and the voice as the foundation. Through yoga, meditation, breathing, and bodywork we build a strong base that supports voice and emotion. This keynote continues to resonate throughout the course. We combine Eastern traditions with Celtic heritage: Eastern techniques open and balance the body Celtic practices root us in nature, poetry, music, and healing Together they create harmony, flowing through body and earth. Practices Yoga – the body as instrument Energy pathways: opening subtle flows Whole-body flow: releasing tension, activating strength Tuning the body: finding balance and resonance Gentle and challenging: building resilience Meditation & breath Grounding and rooting in reality Opening the heart to compassion From throat to voice: truth in expression Vocal meditations: the voice as resonance Breathing & body scans: reconnecting body, heart, and voice Voice & healing The voice is inseparable from the heart. We release emotion, heal trauma, comfort the inner child, and break through blockages — opening space for authentic expression. Celtic framework & community Cauldrons of Poesy: inner vessels of inspiration Tree of Life & stone circles: anchors of connection Nature: sounding board of wind, water, earth, and fire We also explore communitas: the deep sense of belonging, equality, and solidarity created through music and shared practice.
