REMEMBERING YOUR NATURAL, AUTHENTIC VOICE. EXPLORING THE LANDSCAPE WITHIN AND WITHOUT CONSCIOUS EMBODIMENT OF VOICE. RECALLING CONNECTION. EXPLORING OUR NATURAL SOUND ENERGY AND ITS RELATIONSHIP TO OUR VOICE. SONGS AND SINGING. In this second program, the focus lies on the voice, singing, and the liberation of expression. We make a journey towards the naked voice – your most pure and authentic sound. Singing here is not about striving for perfection or beauty, but about feeling, sharing, and connecting. The journey of the voice We explore traditional Celtic songs in both Gaelic and English – songs that carry the stories, joys, and sorrows of countless generations. Alongside these, we dive into free vocal expression: improvisation, vocal play, and sound explorations that invite spontaneity and authenticity. Every vibration touches the heart directly – to sing is to feel. Body, heart & voice in harmony The body remains our instrument. Through flowing exercises that combine movement, breath, and sound, we reconnect voice and body. We gently work through blockages in the throat, chest, and heart, learning to carry the voice from a grounded body and an open heart. Poetry, symbol & inspiration We draw inspiration from ancient wisdom and imagery: the Cauldrons of Poesy, the Celtic Tree of Life, and the stone circles. Singing in spirals, we experience how sound and movement expand outward like ripples on water. Experience & healing Singing together creates communitas – a deep sense of equality, belonging, and connection. Old fears around speaking and singing are softly dissolved. We embrace the voice in all its forms – whether raw, tender, or powerful – and discover joy, beauty, and courage in giving it space. 💫 This program invites you to reclaim your voice as a source of healing, authenticity, and connection.
